Yes! You can keep only the courses you want to study with in the course list and hide the rest.
How to hide the courses:
Go to “My Learning Center”.
Click on the "Edit List" button.
Click on the blue eye icon located in front of the course title. Once clicked, the icon will switch to a closed-eye icon.
Lastly, click on the “Save the current state” button to save the change.
To view the delisted courses, click "Hidden Courses". Once there, you can unhide the courses using the same method as above.
For your information, rearranging the list is not available yet.
