In accordance with Taiwan’s new regulations, all recipients in Taiwan must complete the ‘one-time registration through the EZWAY Customs application’ and ‘RNA’.
Real Name Authentication(RNA) must be done for each import shipment.
Recipients will be notified of the RNA procedure by phone and email once the waybill for the ordered product is created. If it’s not done, the shipment will be put on hold and a storage fee may be charged.
