Since every return/exchange request must be confirmed by us, please email us here with your order number and the reason for return/exchange before you send the item(s) back to us. Please don’t return your item(s) to us until you get our response.
You can return/exchange any item with manufacturing defects. If an item was already damaged or defective when you received it, please send us an email with a photo of the damaged item.
If you want to return the item(s) without any special reason, please make sure of the following rules.
The item(s) must be unused and undamaged.
Shipping fees are not refundable, and the customer also needs to pay the return shipping fee.
We might not refund the costs or exchange the items if the books are damaged during the delivery.
